A short introduction.

I'm a designer and design leader. Fourteen years of work across product, brand, and the messy middle where they meet — building teams, shipping systems, and figuring out what a new capability is actually for.

My favourite problems sit at the seam between a powerful new technology and the people who don't yet trust it. Lately that means AI and agentic tools; before that it was healthcare, fintech, and developer tools — products where getting the interaction right is the difference between a sale and a quiet exit.

I've led design for an AI creator platform for health providers, a caregiver app coordinating families and nurses, a consumer data-verification product, a live-feedback iOS app piloted in hotels and airlines, a developer journey for a realtime API company, and an enterprise design system for HP/Aruba's networking line.

Most weeks I'm somewhere between writing the brief, drawing the screens, running the research, and coaching the team — in whatever order the work needs that day.
