How SAYLII captures feedback

MULTIPLE FORMATS

Users are able to submit feedback in any way they choose. Voice, video, short testimonial, drag and drop.

CAPTURING FEEDBACK

The app is placed on front desks and employees phones. The app captures experiences as they happen through voice and video, and then syncs those experiences with multiple websites. 

THE END RESULT

Users can share postcards with friends on social media of their experience at the hotel.

TIMELY FEEDBACK

The design was heavily focused on getting the review experience to be less than 30 seconds.
